Equine Spirit Newsletter
May 2008

This summer has been a difficult one so far, trying to deal with the loss of Vanidor and Max overwhelms me at times. But I am learning valueable life lessons about courage and faith. I am doing my best to stay positive and look towards the future. Rory, Vienna, and Galaxy are my main horses now and they are doing very well. Lydia did some photo shoots of me schooling these horses and you can view them by clicking on their name. Rory. Vienna. Galaxy.

I judged 3 shows this month at Puckerbrush Farm, Whispering Pines Farm, and Stoneridge Stables. I also did a clinic at Kennebec Morgan Farm in Woolwich, Maine. Summer is a great time to schedule ride-a-test clinics. For more information click here.

My Bellydance class did their first performance at the Center Theater in Dover-Foxcroft. There were 6 students (Morgan Smith, Tressa Folsom, Pamela Schmidt, Wendy Graves, Nikayla Batchelder, and Cathy Murray) that danced with me and they did such a great job! Last minute we were asked to dance to some live African drumming. That was a crowd-pleaser and we did it again at the end of the show. For more photos click here.

I recently signed on as an Arbonne Independent Consultant. I was attracted by their Pure, Safe, Beneficial Products including Swiss formulated skin care, makeup, aromatherapy, and nutritional supplements. I am excited to build my Arbonne business and mostly to enjoy using the products. To order please contact me by email or cell phone. Currently I am in qualification to be a District Manager. I will have a personal Arbonne website next month.

Currently I am taking on working students to assist me at Isaac Royal Farm while I train and teach. My requirements are that working students be 16 or older (have a driver's license), have a hard working, positive attitude, and be comfortable around horses. Riding experience is not necessary. Be open to learn from me and the horses. The schedule is flexible, I will take people once a week, every day, anything that fits into your schedule. I am at the farm every day from 8-6 so I need help at all hours. Adults can work for their children to ride as well.

Bates Innova Saddle for sale. Only sat in twice and is a very pretty saddle. The Bates Innova retails for $2,700 and this saddle is being offered at $1,999. The tree is a medium and the seat is 17 1/2 inch. Contact me for more information and a photo.
