The Aspirant Program is designed for students who ride in the after school program. Each student recieves different horses as training projects. Sandra was on the Aspirant Program since she was 13 until she graduated high school. On the Aspirant Program students must take care of their project horses including grooming and veterinary care. They also learn how to imprint a foal and start a young horse under saddle. Students have the opportunity to watch upper level riders schooling and ride more advanced horses to feel the upper level movements. Students also ride in the USDF shows held at Isaac Royal Farm and the Equestrian Theater every fall. Being at the stables is a wholesome experience for younger riders with a friendly, positive environment where they learn valuable life lessons.
