The Academy Program is designed for serious students who wish to excel in a career with horses. Sandra started on this program in 2000 when she graduate from high school. This program is the equivalent of going to college to get a degree in training horses. In order to be an upper level trainer or judge the students must ride as much as possible every day. Each student recieves many trainning projects at different levels of training and of different breeds. They also start learning to instruct other riders, learn barn management skills, do hands-on veterinary care, and organize/run dressage shows.
